Testimonials

I am glad to be a volunteer driver for ITNGreaterBoston, because I feel I am giving back to the community, by helping specific individuals who live near me with their transportation needs. The people I drive know me, and I know them; we enjoy the time we spend together, and I know they appreciate that I care about getting them where they need to go, safely and on time. I also like ITNGreaterBoston because I can schedule my drives on days and at times that fit my calendar.

And, I like the folks that run the organization; they are pleasant, conscientious, and absolutely dedicated to providing a high quality, personalized service

"I realize how critical it is for seniors to have reliable, compassionate transportation. Knowing they can count on someone to get them where they need to go encourages them to focus on their physical and emotional well being."

"We at Whitney Place truly value the ITNGreaterBoston transportation service. Not only does it augment our own offerings but it helps us address the wide range of needs of our residents to medical appointments, visiting spouses in Alzheimer’s units and more. We just renewed our co-marketing contract which deeply reflects our support of this critical addition to transportation services for seniors in MetroWest to promote their independence and autonomy."

"How to describe my satisfaction with ITN is next to impossible. I no longer have to ask and rely on family and friends. The drivers are like private chauffeurs and treat you as though you are top Madison Avenue clients."

"The things we take for granted can be fleeting. We could be in the passenger seat at any time. That’s just life. ITN provides a choice that helps ease the limits that can come with age."

"It's not like driving your own car, but it's the next best thing."

-

Member, ITNOrlando

"ITN offers the opportunity to help older adults whose children might live in another state or who have no relatives. It’s as if we become their daughter or son for that short ride."

"I've driven for over 10 years and still love it. At some point, I'll just move to the passenger seat."
